For UK or imported PSPs. If you are in the unfortunate position of having a broken PSP screen, send it to us and we will replace it with a brand new Sharp TFT screen. Our service will ensure that your PSP is fixed within 3 working days. We can fix you up for much LESS than the factory charges for screen replacement.

We can eliminate the following problems:

  • Repair and despatch within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Labour to install NEW LCD screen.
  • Replacement TFT LCD screen
  • 90 day warrantee on parts and labour.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

  • We will replace the TFT screen and NOT the faceplate unless you order one separately below. We we will not touch the exterior of the PSP if it is cracked or damaged.
  • Once we open your PSP, your warrantee will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that it is the screen that is the problem and that you are happy for us to void your warrantee. Broken screens are not covered by the manufacturers warrantee anyhow, so this is not usually a problem.
  • If it turns out that there is more wrong with your PSP then just your screen, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your PSP returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the transit of your PSP to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
  • We will insure all PSPs that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
  • Our repairs and screens are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired PSP during this period, you experience screen problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your PSP to us for another screen replacement. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
  • In the event that we can not repair your PSP for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • Please note the we are not official Sony PSP repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.

Is your PSP the old model or the new slim and lite version?

Sometimes when your screen cracks, it can scar the backlight. This can often show through to the new, replaced screen. We can supply / install a new backlight for almost 50% of the cost of buying the part separately. Select this option for £5 below:

Would you to be able to play backup games from your Memory stick? If so, let us upgrade your PSP firmware to the latest Dark Alex version. Click here to read more about this upgrade. Please note that this upgrade can be performed on all PSPs.
Select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office.

1) Please package it securely for our courier driver. For consoles, please make sure they are well padded as we can not be held responsible for consoles damaged in transit due to poor packing.
2) Label the parcel clearly with our address details on the outside. This address will be on the courier confirmation email you will receive in due course.
3) Inside, include your order number and contact details.
4) Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warrantee. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warrantee period including the original 90 day period. The warrantee covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us . If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warrantee cost will not be refunded.

If you have not selected a courier, we could post you some return packaging. You will need to post your console back to us in that packaging, add stamps as necessary and post to us by which ever method you choose. You are responsible for all items sent to us in the post and any loss is your responsibility.
